A machine for regenerating particulate filters using the hydrodynamic method, with efficiency of up to 99%. It removes PM10 and PM2.5 dust residue, soot, oil, cerium and heavy metals without any mechanical intervention on the filter monolith. Suitable for DPF, FAP, GPF, SCR, EURO5 and EURO6 filters, and catalytic converters.

The cleaning liquid circulates in alternating directions, so residue is effectively removed across the entire cross-section of the ceramic channels. An intelligent control system monitors the cycle, analyses the working parameters in real time and adjusts the intensity and duration of each stage to the filter’s actual condition, reducing service time and chemical consumption. After washing, the integrated drying module operates in a range of 70 to 130 °C with active cooling, and the result can be printed immediately on the built-in thermal printer. The operator can choose between fully automatic mode or service mode, which runs only the selected stage.

The housing is built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, and the working chamber from AISI 316 acid-resistant steel. It features an Italian pump with contamination- resistant chemical sealing and electronics based on components from leading manufacturers: Schneider, Ebara, Calpeda, Weintek, Eaton, Hager, Wieland, Fatek, Leister and Siemens.

Compatible with filters from vehicle brands including MAN, Iveco, Scania, DAF, Renault, Mercedes Actros, Solaris, Hitachi and many others.

How long will I keep receiving consumables for my machine?

Comfort Pack is built to be flexible. For DPF-regenerating machines, you can choose a consumables subscription — concentrate and a full set of filter cartridges — running for 36, 24 or 12 months.
